RETURNS

Products needing to be returned can be done so but limited to the following terms set out hereon. CRANKA will accept returns for any faulty items or any items sent incorrectly by CRANKA. The customer is responsible to notify CRANKA within 24 hours of receiving their item/items if any of the items have been sent incorrectly.

Any items received that are not what was originally ordered should be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any attempt to use the incorrectly sent item/items will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/items as a satisfactory substitute for the item that was originally ordered and therefore no further claim can be raised. CRANKA owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that may have been accidently dispatched in error.

CRANKA thoroughly visually inspects all items prior to shipment to ensure that they are 100% free from faults or defects. CRANKA will accept returns for all items that are received that are deemed to be faulty. Faulty DOES NOT include items that have been damaged in transit to the customer (please read on further for information regarding items damaged in transit). CRANKA will NOT accept returns for change of mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify CRANKA of the damage or fault within 24 hours of receiving the item. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. With your returned goods you must include a copy of your tax invoice or order number. All faulty items will be, replaced, fixed or refunded solely at CRANKA's discretion. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. No returns will be accepted that have not been reported to CRANKA prior.

RETURN OF CREDIT FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR ABANDONED ITEMS

CRANKA Pty Ltd will offer refund of credit for the following reasons only; CRANKA WILL ONLY OFFER RETURN OF CREDIT FOR LOST, OR STOLEN PARCELS IF THE CUSTOMER HAS SELECTED A SHIPPING METHOD THAT INCLUDES SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY! CRANKA Pty Ltd will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen shipments in the case that the customer requests a delivery to be left in a safe place with NO signature. Signature on delivery is only possible if somebody will be home to accept the delivery. If nobody is home to accept the delivery for an item that requires a signature, then the courier will leave a card at either your door step or letter box and they will take the item back to your nearest Australia Post outlet. The customer can then go and collect the item and will be required to show ID and sign for the parcel. CRANKA Pty Ltd will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If CRANKA is not notified of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will NOT be accepted. This is also the case for any spelling mistakes entered during the checkout process by the customer. CRANKA Pty Ltd will NOT issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of customs or import taxes. CRANKA Pty Ltd will NOT issue any returns for items that are refused or abandoned for any reason. CRANKA Pty will not offer credit returns for items that have been opened and used. If your item has been used and there is a genuine manufacturing fault the item will be replaced solely at CRANKA's discretion (please read on for more information about warranty claims). CRANKA will accept and offer credits for items that have been received damaged. If an item is received damaged, the customer must contact CRANKA ASAP directly via the "Contact Us' section at the bottom of this website, or by reply email to the confirmation email which you received at the time of placing your initial order. Be sure to include your full name and invoice and/or order number for our records. CRANKA may request photos of the damage and on some occasions we may also request that the items be posted back to us for further inspection. Whatever the case, the customer must adhere to CRANKA's requests in order to receive any refunds for damaged or faulty items.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All goods sold by CRANKA come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired solely at CRANKA’s discretion. No refund will be provided under any circumstances. Warranty only covers items sold by CRANKA. Please note that any items that have general wear and tear, have been misused or treated badly will not be covered by warranty. Misuse includes incorrect storage of items, prolonged exposure to sunlight or misuse such as casting lures into any hard surface resulting in damage.

IMPORTANT

In the case that returned goods are found to be, NOT FAULTY. If the returned goods are determined by CRANKA to be not faulty, then all associated returning shipping costs will be worn by the customer and the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, incorrectly installed, modified, tampered, abused, or physically damaged. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and insurance costs involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to CRANKA. With your returned goods you must include a copy of your tax invoice or order number and also a description sheet clearly stating the fault/faults of the products. No returns will be accepted that have not been reported to CRANKA prior.

CRANKA cannot be held liable or responsible for any parcel missing or damaged in transit on its return back to CRANKA. Any items that are returned to CRANKA will be done so at the customers own risk.

GIFT VOUCHERS
 
All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (NOT the date of receipt). Any gift vouchers that are not redeemed within the 12 month period will be forfeited by the customer and CRANKA will retain all outstanding monies.
 
If a voucher is lost or the recipient has lost the original email, then you may simply contact CRANKA and we can resend the voucher at any time!
